Weighted hip thrusts isolate the glutes without compressing your spine, making them a top booty workout that almost everyone can perform.
  Hip up machine is designed with several goals in mind:
Effectiveness: To effectively work out your glutes, very high resistance is required. BootySprout comes with 135 lbs of resistance, and we sell extra 70 lb bands. BootySprout is safe up to 450 lbs of resistance!
Ease of Use: Barbell weighted hip thrusts require significant setup time, both before and between sets.

Safety: Significant weight is required to effectively grow and tone the glutes. Moving around 90+ lbs at a gym is difficult to manage, and placing heavy dumbbells on your lap is dangerous.Resistance bands are a much safer method to hip thrust with high weight.

How To Use 
Hip up machine comes with 135 lbs of resistance (45, 90, 135), and we also sell extra 70 lb bands for some seriously heavy weight
training.
Hip up machine has a durable, lightweight, foldable design, and is easy to set up and use. It isolates the three main gluteal muscles, making it a great complement to lifting, running, swimming, yoga, Pilates, and sitting on the couch :)
Normal Thrust:
To use hip up machine , simply sit down on the floor in the enclosed space with your legs resting flat, your back as close to the foam back rest as possible, and your arms raised back and placed on either side of the back rest.
Next, strap in the resistant bands. Once strapped in, place your feet on the wood ~1 foot apart with knees bent. When performing
the thrust you want the upper middle of your back on the back rest.
Once you start thrusting, your booty will not touch the ground. At the top of the thrust, you'll want your lower legs at a ~90 degree angle to the ground, so adjust your feet on the wood accordingly. The bottom of the thrust will feel natural, with your lower and upper legs making a ~45 degree angle. We recommend using as high a weight as you're comfortable with, and performing 3-5 sets of 10-15 reps.
Half Thrust:
These are challenging, and great to end sets on. Instead of going all the way down on your hip thrust, only go half way down and then back up.
Wide Stance Hip Thrust:
These hip thrusts will seriously target your outer glutes. Simply widen your feet on the wood, and perform normal and halfthrusts.
Our recommended 15 minute workout:
If you can do 3 bands, go for 3 bands!
Set 1: 12 normal thrusts
Set 2: 10 normal thrusts and 6 half thrusts
Set 3: 10 wide stance thrusts and 6 half thrusts
Set 4: 10 normal thrusts and burn out on half thrusts
You will be sore for several days after the first workout...but after that, 2-4 days a week. Get your booty on!

Hip thrusts is lightweight at only 26 pounds. It is constructed of 16 gauge, powder-coated, cold-rolled steel tubing and has steel handles with riveted screw housings. It can safely handle up to 400 lbs of resistance and has been tested to 1000 lbs.
