Our QC team will double check every watch before packaging. The watches will be wrapped with bubble bags, then put into small paper box, and finally packed in carton.

SHIPPING:

The shipping time will be 5-12 days if you choose express shipping (DHL, TNT, EMS etc.)The delivery time will be 20-40 days if you can accept Economy International Shipping.

1. What's your MOQ? Can you accept small orders?

For stock order, we can accept small order. 10-20 pcs trial orders are welcome.
For OEM order with custom logo, the MOQ depends on different models. Generally, the MOQ is not less than 500 pcs.

2. What's the delivery time?

For stock order, normally the cargo can be shipped out within 3 days after the payment is done.
For OEM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. Generally, the lead time ranges from 30-65 days.

3. How can we pay you?

Trade assurance order on Alibaba is the first option. West Union & T/T & Paypal are available as well.

4. What's your payment terms?

Full amount for stock orders before shipment.
For OEM orders, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.

5. Do you provide samples?

For stock orders, we do not provide free samples. 1-10 pcs trial order is welcome.
For OEM orders, we can provide sample with Custom Logo. But you need pay us about 200 usd normally. 

6. How about shipping methods?

If you have shipping agent in China, goods can be sent to your courier after payment.
If you have no cooperated courier, let's confirm the shipping methods together before shipment.

7. How about the warranty?

The warranty is 6 months, we can provide free replacements or refund for the defective items.
