What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 100pcs per item. But we accept lower quantity for your trial-order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the

Can I get samples?
A: Sure.Some of our products are free and paid sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have card account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2- 4 days to reach.
How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request.
How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer in-house. So you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF .etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or
printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

A: We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
